The forecast for noon, Sunday, April 19, 2009 shows a major storm will move through the Mississippi Valley and into the Great Lakes.  This storm will continue to produce heavy rain and thunderstorms in the Southeast and much of the rest of the East.  Warm weather is expected in the West.
